The location is convenient for getting to downtown, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was limited and they ran out of items. Wi-Fi speeds were slow.

The McKnight Hotel has a friendly staff that was helpful during our visit. The unique decor added a nice touch to our experience, and the room was clean upon arrival. some maintenance issues and the limited breakfast options could use improvement for a better overall stay.

The swimming pool was such a blast - perfect for splashing around! I loved lounging in the leisure room and catching up on my favorite shows. Best of all, the staff were super friendly, making every moment feel special!

This hotel is just a short drive away from downtown Pittsburgh, making it super easy to explore amazing sites like the Andy Warhol Museum, PNC Park, and the National Aviary, all within a 15-minute drive or less! several parks are nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll, like the beautiful Strip District, which is only about a 5-minute drive away, and has lots of great food options to check out. The hotel pools are a nice touch for a refreshing swim after your walks, but the pool chemicals could be a bit too strong at times.

The location is great and close to Heinz Field.
The floors in the room were filthy and sticky. The staff was unprofessional and not helpful with our complaints.

Our room was a disaster. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the space stuffy. Plus, the shower never got hot-just lukewarm at best. Thin walls made it impossible to escape the noise from neighbors. Totally frustrating!

Decent experience, but significant training is needed for staff. I was there for eight days - my room wasn't cleaned once. Acquiring towels and soap felt like pulling teeth. Great room size and amenities like a refrigerator and coffee maker were notable, but a persistent bathroom odor lingered. The location was convenient for food and shopping. My children enjoyed the pool, but breakfast options were disappointing - sugary, pre-packaged items. Communication with the front desk varied; I appreciated the friendly demeanor, but consistency is key. With ongoing repairs and staff training, this could evolve into a pleasant stay. For what I paid, some peace of mind is expected.

they quickly resolved a room mix-up with efficiency. The comfortable bed allowed me to have a restful night's sleep. the whirlpool in the suite was a great amenity that I thoroughly enjoyed.
I encountered cleanliness issues as there were strange stains on the furniture and sticky carpets. The breakfast provided was minimal, consisting of a muffin, an orange juice can, and a cereal bar.

Dated decor and a frustrating lack of maintenance overshadowed any positives. Friendly staff, but cleanliness was questionable, with used toiletries left behind. The promised pool was out of service, and when I checked in, I received a room card without a visible number, forcing me to guess. Morning breakfast options were sparse and unimpressive. A fire alarm disrupted our night, making sleep nearly impossible. On a brighter note, the location was convenient for game day. Still, with noise from other guests and a general air of neglect, it's hard to recommend a stay here.

The bed was comfortable, which provided some relief after long days. The AC unit struggled, but setting it to 62 made the room bearable. the noise level was problematic, with loud guests disrupting our rest. Cleanliness was a major issue; the bathroom had mold, and the carpets looked dirty, forcing us to keep shoes on. Electrical outlets were limited, with only one functioning properly. The ice machine was broken, and the overall smell was musty. Despite room issues, the staff was helpful, particularly when I needed to switch rooms due to these concerns.

The exercise room and the indoor swimming pool with a hot tub were a blast. I enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions, and the free daily hot breakfast was a tasty bonus.
Not a fan of the unruly hallway kids' playground at night.

we stayed at mcknight and the room was lovely and comfortable. the bathroom was large and comfortable to change in, with plenty of towels. the housekeeping gentleman was very helpful. the lady at check-out was pleasant and corrected our billing issue without argument. the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. overall, a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was pretty convenient, making it easy for us to get to downtown. The exercise room and pool were clean and nice, which was a plus. My room had a decent setup with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, but no ironing facilities were provided. Unfortunately, there were some issues that bothered me. The cleanliness of the room was questionable, as I had to clean up a spill in the bathroom myself. The breakfast was disappointing, just a pre-made boxed breakfast with limited options. the smell in the hotel room was not pleasant, and there was mold in the bathroom. The air conditioning was broken and couldn't be turned off, which was uncomfortable. And the security of the room was concerning due to a faulty shared door with the adjoining room. On the bright side, I did appreciate the jacuzzi tub in the room and the ample parking available. the presence of mold in the shower, a leaky faucet, and stained sheets were unpleasant surprises. The pool area was also not maintained well, with too many chemicals and unruly kids causing a disturbance. my experience at the Mcknight had its ups and downs. The location and amenities were decent, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing.

Chillin' in our room, we could scope out the sweet rides in the parking lot. Hit up Kennywood and Sandcastle Water Park , total blast! The shower pressure was on point for those post, pool rinse, offs!
Yo, the only thing missin' here was a sick rooftop party spot for us teens to hang and vibe after hittin' up them parks all day! .
