I recently chose the McKnight for a corporate retreat, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. the hotel's 24-hour business center was convenient, allowing me to catch up on work emails effortlessly. the complimentary newspapers in the lobby were a nice touch for staying informed. the meeting space, spanning 1050 square feet, was adequate for our group discussions. the free Wi-Fi in rooms ensured seamless connectivity for virtual meetings, although the speed could be faster. Despite the efficient express check-out process, there were occasional issues with the reception systems. However, the team managed these hiccups gracefully, exemplifying good customer service. The fitness center and swimming pool provided a refreshing break from work, contributing to a well-rounded stay. the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice addition, offering some relaxation time. the no smoking policy added to the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
